THE ACTOR

Garry has amassed well over 75 roles as an actor over a 4 decade span. He was born in NYC, and he began his acting career at the early age of eighteen. His first foray into acting was a High School production of West Side Story and his first film credit was Prizzi’s Honor, alongside veteran actor, Jack Nicholson in 1985.


Garry has most recently starred alongside Cheri Oteri as the heartwarming HS football coach, Pops, in the film, Moments of Youth by first time director Greg Pellerito, which expects a 2022 release. In 2021, he co-starred in Last Call with Jeremy Piven, Bruce Dern and Zach McGowan, which debuted on Showtime.  Garry also co-starred in the Happy Madison Production, The Week Of, directed by Robert Smigel, starring Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Steve Buscemi and Rachel Dratch which still airs on Netflix. His latest Indy features include Pompano Boy, Mob Town, Winds of Silence, Shooting Heroin, Sarah Q, Who’s Jenna, Blowtorch, Rob The Mob. He can also be seen in blockbusters like: The Amazing Spider-Man 2, The Dark Knight Rises (SAG Award Nominee), and the hit television series, The Blacklist, Gotham, Blue Bloods, Power and Person of Interest.


He can currently be seen in the first two seasons of the hit HBO television series, The Deuce, in his gripping role as Matty ‘The Horse’ Ianniello and in both The Irishman and Mob Town as Albert Anastasia.


Garry currently has 6 films slated for pre-production in 2022 check back often for updates.
